Reviewed Budget and Statements. IV. Old Business a. Feasibility Study - Updates i. Working on a study plan to go out for RFP. ii. How to grow and use space. b. Pool Shade Ideas i. Retractable Awning. ii. Sun Block Protection V. New Business a. Chocolate Egg Hunt next year Ideas. i. Food Suggested Donation. b. Maintenance Staffing i. Working on getting more staff. c. Pool Maintenance i. Drained and washed pool. ii. Touch up painting of pool. iii. Noticed some bubble up in a couple of spots on the asphalt. iv. Can we pressure test?  d. Front Stairs i.
