COMMITTEES, DEPARTMENT STAFF, COUNCIL REPORTS *Maintenance Department- Director of Maintenance BJ Scheible – Update of Ansay Park *Auxiliary Report ADJOURNMENT EXECUTIVE SESSION The City Council reserves the right to discuss any of the above items in Executive Closed Session if the item meets the qualifications in Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076, 551.087, of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code of the State of Texas Executive Session, to consult with the City Attorney on matters authorized by law, pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Open Meetings Act. I certify that a copy of the December 10, 2019, Agenda of items to be considered by the Morgan’s Point Resort City Council was posted and could be seen on the City Hall Bulletin board on the 4th day of December 2019, at 6:00 PM and remained posted continuously for at least 72 hours proceeding the scheduled time of the meeting.
