THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE FOR DISCUSSION PURPOSES ONLY AND NO FORMAL ACTION OR VOTES WILL BE TAKEN. AS A QUORUM OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT, THIS AGENDA IS BEING POSTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 551 TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE AND THE TEXAS OPEN MEETING ACT. 1. Call to Order 2.
