Discuss and Consider - Ongoing maintenance for parks and recreation facilities • Review park maintenance needs and next steps Ansay, Kleypas, etc. • Talk through safety issues at the marina • Discuss the existing maintenance portal and citizen reporting capabilities • Uncover existing maintenance regiment for the parks and what needs to be expanded upon b. Discuss and Consider - Updating Parks & Recs grants • Open grant requests or grants being considered • Review incoming due dates for grants and decide which ones we would like to pursue • Determine what research or level of effort needs to be done by our team to finalize our proposals c. Discuss and Consider - Reviewing MPRC park • Share citizen email and request for review • Consider existing park use and potential for the area d. Discuss and Consider - The Master Naturalists • Talk through what the Master Naturalists organization does in central Texas • Review their ability to clear trails and preserve native landscapes • Discuss how we can leverage their team to develop or expand on our existing trail systems • Discuss and Consider - Citizen trash pickup day e. Discuss and Consider – Citizen trash pickup day • Review the event idea and proposed timing • Decide how we would like to proceed and which team members need to be involved 2.
