EXECUTIVE SESSION • As this is a planning workshop, the Board also anticipates the possibility of entering Executive Session per West Virginia Code Section 6-9 A-4 as it pertains to real estate lease, purchase or development within public parks, and/or discussions relating to personnel employment matters and the duties of commission members.
