Minutes of the MORGANTOWN BUILDING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING May 7, 2015 City Hall – Law Library PRESENT: President Terry Jones, Vice-President Marlene Robinson-Savino, Commissioner Gary Murdock and City Attorney Ryan Simonton. The meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Were not available. NEW BUSINESS: A. Waterfront Place Parking Garage/Building Commission and Mermaid License Agreement: Mr. Simonton explained the agreement to the Commission. Agreement approved by unanimous consent and executed by President Jones.
