Minutes of the MORGANTOWN BUILDING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING July 20, 2015 1:00 pm City Hall – Law Library PRESENT: President Terry Jones (telephone), Vice-President Marlene Robinson-Savino (present), Commissioner Gary Murdock (telephone) and City Attorney Ryan Simonton. The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS: Were not available. NEW BUSINESS: A. Consideration of a Consent to Assignment among the Waterfront Place Parking Garage, LLC, the City of Morgantown Building Commission and Mermaid, LLC: Motion by Murdock, second by Jones to approve consent to Assignment of Warren Street License Agreement; and have Vice-President Robinson-Savino sign for Commission. Motion carried 3-0.
