SPECIAL MEETING January 4, 2018: The Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Morgantown was held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, January 4, 2018 at 5:38 p.m. PRESENT: Mayor Bill Kawecki, Deputy Mayor Mark Brazaitis and Council Members, Ryan Wallace, Jenny Selin, Ron Dulaney and Barry Wendell. Rachel Fetty absent. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to WV State Code Section 6-9A-4(b) (2) (A) motion by Deputy Mayor Brazaitis, second by Wallace, to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters in considering appointments to the Boards and Commissions. Present: Council.
