SPECIAL MEETING January 16, 2018: The Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Morgantown was held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 5:37 p.m. PRESENT: Mayor Bill Kawecki, Deputy Mayor Mark Brazaitis and Council Members, Rachel Fetty, Ryan Wallace, Ron Dulaney and Barry Wendell. Jenny Selin was absent due to weather. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to WV State Code Section 6-9A-4(b) (2) (A) motion by Brazaitis, second by Wendell, to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters in considering appointments to the Boards and Commissions. Present: Council. Time: 5:38 p.m. INTERVIEWS FOR HEALTH & WELLNESS COMMISSIONS: Questions were posed to the following candidates for the Health and Wellness from Council: Cindy Fitch, David Loomis, Christine Boeck Wallace, Dan Shook, and Dave Harshbarger.
