SPECIAL MEETING November 27, 2018: The Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Morgantown was held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. PRESENT: Mayor Bill Kawecki, City Clerk Christine Wade, Council Members: Rachel Fetty, Deputy Mayor Jenny Selin, Ron Dulaney, Mark Brazaitis, and Barry Wendell. Ryan Wallace was absent. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to WV State Code Section 6-9A-4(b) (2) (A) motion by Dulaney, second by Brazaitis, to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters in considering new appointments and re-appointments for Boards and Commissions. Motion carried by acclamation. Mayor, and City Council Members present.
