The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to WV State Code Section 6-9A-4(b) (2) (A) motion by Brazaitis, second by , to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters in considering new appointments and re-appointments for Boards and Commissions. Motion carried by acclamation. Mayor, and City Council Members present.
