CALL TO ORDER: 2. ROLL CALL BY CITY CLERK: 3. NEW BUSINESS: A. To conduct a public hearing regarding (i) a proposal to remove certain parcels from the development district designated “The City of Morgantown Redevelopment District No. 3” (the “TIF District”) thereby amending the boundaries of the TIF District, (ii) a proposal to extend the TIF District termination date by 15 years beyond its current termination date, and (iii) a proposal to permit the issuance of additional tax increment revenue bonds or other obligations to fund additional phases of development within the current project plan designated as “Sunnyside Up Project Plan No. 1” (as previously amended and supplemented, the “Project Plan”), all as further described in the Tax Increment Financing Application dated April 7, 2025 (the “Amendment Application”). B. To consider and act upon a proposed Resolution regarding approval of (i) Tax Increment Financing Application dated April 7, 2025 (the “Amendment Application”); (ii) submission of the Amendment Application to the West Virginia Department of Economic Development or its successor; and (iii) approval of other items in connection therewith. 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to WV State Code Section 6-9A-4(b) (2) (A) to Discuss Personnel Matters in considering new appointments for Boards and Commissions. 5.
