<ltitp of ,iftilorgantobln SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES CITY COUNCIL AND STATE LEGISLATORS JOINT MEETING December 16, 2025 Special Meeting October 7, 2025: The Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Morgantown was held at City Hall Council Chambers on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 5:33 p.m. Present: Mayor Danielle Trumble, Deputy Mayor Brian Butcher, Council Members, Joe Abu­ Ghannam, Jodi Hollingshead, Louise "Weez" Michael, Jenny Selin, and Mark Downs. State Senators Joey Garcia and Mike Oliverio. State Representatives Anitra Hamilton, Evan Hansen, Joe Statler, and John Williams. State representatives Gino Chiarelli and David McCormick were absent. NEW BUSINESS: A. Legislative priorities 2026 with State Representatives -City Manager Jamie Miller welcomed everyone and provided opening remarks. Mayor Danielle Trumble led the discussion. -Delegate priorities -Council priorities .Adiournment: There being no further business, motion by Deputy Mayor Butcher, second by Councilor Downs, to adjourn the meeting.
