MHLC Minutes April 19, 2023 The meeting was called to order by Tinnell via Zoom at 7:12 Members present William Kawecki, Mike Jones, and Shannon Tinnell The last minutes from Feb 15, 2023, were approved. Old Business: Harmony Grove -Although out of Morgantown proper, Tinnell wanted an update about the historic meeting house and progress of the interchange. A letter was sent to the DOH last year from the MHLC expressing concern that the historic property be preserved. Take off agenda. 50th PRT Anniversary - The 50th Anniversary of the PRT has been moved to 2025. The MHLC will revisit it at a later date.. Chitwood - Tinnell received an email from Matt Lattimer from WVU Facilities Planning in early Feb 2023 concerning Chitwood Hall and the addition of a physical address for the fire department. Lattimer informed Tinnell that WVU decided to go with brushed metal. New Business: MHLC Committee Members - Seth Cadwell is the new MHLC committee member. There is still one vacant spot. History Roundtable- We need to start thinking of a theme for the next History Roundtable Adjourn: 7:40
