Tim Stranko
DIRECTORS ABSENT: Patrick Kirby, Brent Bailey
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Paul Brake, City Attorney Ryan Simonton, and Director of
Development Services Chris Fletcher
GUEST: Rob Steptoe, Crews and Associates, Inc. (bond placement agent)
I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
11. PROOF OF NOTICE OF MEETING OR WAIVER OF NOTICE

XI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration of acquisition or development of property in the downtown area of
the City of Morgantown.
Stranko moved to adjourn to an executive session to discuss matters relating to the acquisition
or development of real estate within the downtown; seconded by Mills. The motion passed
unanimously.
The Board returned to open session.
XII. ADJOURNMENT - Stranko moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Mills. The
meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 2:03 p.m.
