Start Time: 4:30 p.m. MINUTES: Motion by Commissioner Clark, second by Commissioner Chico, to approve the January 26, 2022, meeting minutes. Motion carried 3-0. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discussion of Veterans Points: After discussion, motion by President Summers, second by Commissioner Clark, to add the WV State Code 6-13-1 and the Federal 5 USC 2108 Code to the Rules & Regulations. Motion carried 3-0. B. Certify Names: The following names below were being reviewed to be Certified or Disqualified: Travis Harding Nevin Ferguson-Thelot Logan Clingerman Jason Wolfe - Richard Hull Ean Shaffer - Mario Peluso Brandon Nickelson Howard Hein Celeste Odom Morgan Foley Ethan Jellots After discussion and careful consideration, the following were certified by the commissioners. Motion carried 3-0.
