Commissioner Kevin Clark. Commissioner Charlie Chico. Deputy City Clerk Heather Carl. Start Time: 3:59 p.m. City Clerk Christine Wade was absent. MINUTES: Motion by Commissioner Clark. second by Commissioner Chico. to approve the May 4. 2022. meeting minutes and June 22. 2022. Public Hearing meeting minutes. Motion carried 3-0. NEW BUSINESS: A. Mario Peluso - Public Hearing Final Decision: Mario Peluso had requested a public hearing by email due to him being disqualified by the commissioners. He wanted to talk with them about reconsidering him for hire. He was aware of the meeting. he did not call. or email us to let us know that he would not be coming. After discussion. motion by President Summers. second by Commissioner Clark. to consider Mario Peluso disqualified from the hiring list.
