I. Call to Order
The Transit Authority Board Meeting for January 17, 2024, was called to order at 12:04PM by
President Jenny Dinsmore.
II. Readigg and Approval of Minutes;
A. December 20, 2023
President Jenny Dinsmore requested a motion to approve the minutes from December 20, 2023.
Wesley Nugent moved to accept the minutes for December 20, 2023, Jeremy Evans seconded the
motion.
