Tree Board minutes 02/11/19 Morgantown Tree Board (MTB) Minutes, special meeting of February 11, 2019 City Council chambers, 4:30 PM 1. ATTENDANCE: MTB members Dan Brown, Jonathan Cumming, Donna Marie Foster, Secretary Jon Weems, and Chair Dave Barnett, Landscape Director Marchetta Maupin, and City Arborist Scott Cline. 2. SPECIAL MEETING: The usual meeting format was not followed because this was a special meeting for the sole purpose of considering possible updates to the City Tree Ordinance. 3. CITY TREE ORDINANCE: Many possible updates and improvements were discussed. 4. NEXT MEETING: 4:30 PM Monday, March 25, City Council Chambers. 8. ADJOURN: D. Brown moved, and D.
