WARD & BOUNDARY COMMISSION MEETING Tuesday- November 17, 2016 City Hall – Council Chambers 10:02 a.m. PRESENT: Chairman Alan Donaldson, Commission members: William Ryan, Co-Chair Guy Panrell, Roger Banks, Cindy O’Brien, City Clerk Linda Tucker, Secretary Heather Carl, and City Engineer Damien Davis. Don West was absent. Present in audience Don Spencer & Councilor Ganz. Jo Vaughn, Demographer late due to car problems. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Alan Donaldson at 10:02 a.m. Chair Alan Donaldson requested adding a public portion to the agenda. Point of order was called, after discussion, motion by Commissioner Panrell, second by Commissioner Banks to not add a public portion to the agenda. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Commissioner Panrell, second by Commissioner Ryan to approve the minutes from September 27, 2016 meeting. Motion carried by acclamation. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Meet Roy Nutter 4th Ward Member & Jo Vaughn Demographer: Roy Nutter introduced himself to the committee members, Jo Vaughn had not arrived. B. Selection of Chair: Motion by Commissioner Panrell, second by Commissioner Banks to appoint Commissioner Nutter as the new Chair. Motion carried by acclamation. C. Review new data from voter Registration-Damien Davis: City Engineer Damien Davis, updated the Commission on the data so far and that there is more work to be done. D. Roger Banks will prepare memo and send to Clerk to meet the deadline of report to Council by November 25, 2016.  E. Meeting was scheduled for 1-11-17 at 7pm in Council Chambers with a Public Portion and to be televised on Channel 15.
