I’ve rounded up all I can round up at this point. I shared our Google Drive file of Woodburn stuff with you….in case there is anything in there that you are missing. This would be all the materials I can round up at this point. If we are missing materials we either did not have a meeting for that date or did not have a quorum and thus no minutes. I do have a favor to ask, if you could please send me what months that you did not have meetings and it has to be specific for our records such as: (Agendas – 2015: May, Nov (no meetings due to no quorum or lack of agenda items) and the same with the minutes. Also, we will need the months that the minutes were done by someone else but did not make it to the correct hands so we can notate them as well. If someone would happen to get online to see the meeting minutes for the WSRC and they are not there, they will call the City Clerk’s office requesting that information. We have to be able to tell them that there was a meeting but no meeting minutes. If you have any questions, please let us know. We had several “no meeting” dates in the mix you are seeking, so there are no agendas/minutes for those times. Also, we had several vacancies on the WSRC, so not all minutes made it back to the group. We did have some posted on Google Docs…I need to see how to retrieve those.
