PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY APPLICATION STORMWATER STEWARDSHIP INFORMATION GRANT PROGRAM Application Deadline: The Prince George’s County Government and the Chesapeake December 12, 2024, at 4pm Bay Trust announce the eleventh year of partnership for the Prince George’s County Stormwater Stewardship Grant Program. Who Can Apply: This grant program funds on-the-ground restoration activities Non-profit organizations, Prince George’s that improve communities, improve water quality, support the County municipalities, watershed County’s Climate Action Plan, and engage Prince George’s organizations, education institutions, County residents in the restoration and protection of the local community associations, faith-based rivers and streams of Prince George’s County. organizations, civic groups, and more. Eligible Projects: INFORMATION SESSION Track 1: Water Quality Implementation (generally $50,000 to $150,000) Track 2: Tree Canopy: Outreach, Attend our virtual Technical Assistance Workshop session on 11/7 Education, Maintenance, and Preservation from 5pm to 6:30pm on Zoom to workshop applications- We will (generally $50,000 to $300,000) provide applicants with an opportunity to receive technical Track 3: Community Awareness and assistance to refine their ideas, receive feedback, and connect Engagement (generally $10,000 to with technical assistance providers who can support their $60,000) applications and projects.
