Approve minutes of June 18, 2026 5:03PM - PUBLIC COMMENTS 5:08PM - NEW BUSINESS 1. Discussion with Tyler Machia- Conservation Subdivision options and process for recommending changes? 2. Providing input to revisions to Town Plan by PC (due end of 2030); MCC input sought for Chapter 7, Implementation -Jerry. 3. Matt Hall 5-lot major subdivision on Route 100 would create 21 acres of conserved land- Jerry. 4. Manosh Route 15 asphalt plant project and extraction of 3 million CY sand & gravel (continued to 8/12 by DRB), concerns of neighbors- Jerry. 5. Other 5:45PM - OLD BUSINESS 1. Filling of 2 vacancies- progress report – Jerry. 2. Town Forest workday report and future work- Dave. 3. Study Group update- map of desirable areas to be conserved for Planning Commission (PC)- Brent, Dave, Hilary, Lisa. 4. Town Plan revision committee to provide input to PC including Chapter 7 MCC items- Pam 5. Invasive species committee update- Lisa 6. Update to Trails committee- Jerry/Dave/Hilary/Lisa. 7. RTP grant update- Jerry/Hilary 8. Maps- Update town forest trail map on town website with additional information requested from public- Hilary. 9. DRB request to PC to change the mandatory PUD/Conservation Subdivision requirement for major traditional subdivisions under the Bylaws.- Tabled until PC is able to discuss. 10. Update of Earth Extraction model Bylaw language- Tabled until PC is able to discuss. 11. Update of Manosh Ferland Pit Rd. water bottling plant project and extraction of 3 million CY sand & gravel- 4- lot major subdivision would potentially create 53 acres of conserved land (DRB hearing continued)- Jerry. 12.
