While all meetings of the council are open to the public, study sessions discussions are generally limited the council, staff and consultants. ______________________________________________________ 1. 2017 Budget Summary: Discuss the expenditure requests from each City Department, statutory requirements and needs to reach a City Manager’s balanced budget.
