Balsam Study Session July 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Study Session – 6:00 p.m. Museum Assessment Program Presented by Freya Liggett, Museum & Art Center Manager Summary: Tour museum and review MAP schedule The purpose of the study session is to allow the city council to discuss matters informally and in greater detail than permitted at formal council meetings. While all meetings of the council are open to the public, study sessions discussions are generally limited to the council, city staff and consultants.
