MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL November 17, 2021 CALL TO ORDER A special meeting of the Moses Lake City Council was called to order at 3 p.m. by Mayor Curnel in Conference Room 225 of the Civic Center with zoom online meeting access. ROLL CALL Present: Deputy Mayor Jackson; Council Members Liebrecht, and Hankins. Mayor Curnel, Council Members Myers and Eck attended the meeting remotely. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Curnel called an Executive Session to be held for 30 minutes pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss potential litigation with Council, City Manager Allison Williams, and City Attorney Katherine Kenison.
