MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL Tuesday, August 12, 2025 CALL TO ORDER The special regular meeting of the Moses Lake City Council was called to order at 2 p.m. by Mayor Swartz in conference room 225 of the Civic Center. Special notice for remote attendance was posted on the meeting agenda. ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Swartz; Deputy Mayor Madewell; Council Members Lombardi, Fancher, Martinez, Skaug, and Myers. #1 Executive Session Mayor Swartz called an Executive Session from 2:01 p.m. to 2:16 p.m. to consider the price at which real estate will be offered for sale, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1) subsection (c) with potential action to follow. Mayor Swartz reconvened the meeting at 2:16 p.m. #2 Virginia St. Purchase and Sale Agreement Action taken: Council Member Fancher moved to authorize the Acting City Manager to sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement of surplus Virginia St. parcels 110775000 and 110775001, second by Council Member Martinez. The motion carried 7 – 0.
