MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD SPECIAL MEETING A special meeting of the Moses Lake Airport Advisory Board was held by remote access only on Thursday, noon, October 1, 2020. The meeting was called to order by Richard Pearce. BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT/ABSENT/EXCUSED: Present: Richard Pearce, Darrin Jackson, Tom Dent, and Tim Prickett. Absent from the meeting was Finley Grant. OTHERS PRESENT: Fred Snoderly, Municipal Services Director and Tracey Law, Public Works Technician. THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING WAS TO DISCUSS VARIOUS REQUESTS TO LEASE PROPERY. The Board considered three applications to build hangars at the airport. 1. Automated Ag Systems, LLC, Parcel 33, 50'x60' building with double doors. Tom made a motion to approve the application. Darrin seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 2. Travis Grigg, Parcel 34, 70'xl00' building. A motion was made by Tom to table it. The motion was seconded by Darrin and passed unanimously. 3. Keith Coulson, Parcel 33, 50'x70' building. Keith does not have a preference on a Parcel. Richard made a motion to approve building on Parcel 34. Darrin seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
