Chair Nofziger called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Secretary Witters called the roll. The following were: Present: Chair Nofiziger, Vice-Chair Hepburn, Commissioners Avila, Davis, Eck, Lengenfelder and Schmig. Absent Commissioners Penhallurick. Action: Commissioner Davis moved to excuse Commissioner Penhallurick. Seconded by Commissioner Eck, motion carried unanimously. Absent Commissioners Mann Action: Commissioner Schmig moved to excuse Commissioner Mann. Seconded by Commissioner Eck, motion carried 5 to 2 Consent Agenda: A. Minutes for January 11, 2018 Action: Commissioner Eck moved to approve the consent agenda as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Avila, motion carried unanimously.
