SPECIAL REQUEST  3 replacement order board located at the McDonald’s at 1706 Ridgeside Drive – (applicant) - Direction from the Planning Commission Approval 6. REZONING REQUEST  DMS Development LLC, Case #2019-01: Vosloh property located at 1801 South Main Street, Mount Airy Maryland. Current Zoning of the 5 acre parcel is RE, the request is to change to CC zoning. Chapter 112 has prevision to submit a request for change of districts for the reason of substantial change in character of the neighborhood or a mistake in the existing zoning classification. Applicant presentation, Commission Discussion. 7. DEVLOPMENT PROJECT  4100 Twin Arch Road, GRO-18-0011: The applicant is proposes a storage lot for service vehicles. This project has been given approval from The Town of Mount Airy staff, requesting Planning Commission Approval, (as per the 3 conditions in staff report) 8.
