DEVLOPMENT PROJECT  Lot 12A, Twin Arch Business Park – S-15-0024: Altimate Electrical, Final site plan. This project has been given final approval from the plan reviewer for the Town of Mount Airy and all County agencies, planning staff is requesting Planning Commission Approval 6. DISCUSSION  Downtown Vision Plan –Recommendations to forward to the Town Council  Carroll County 2018 Annual Report – Review and Discussion for approval - signature required from the chairperson. 7. FUTURE ITEMS  Rules and Procedure - for discussion and approval – Edits from the Town Attorney and Commission Members  The Sign Ordinance Workshop possible dates in April if needed for Final review.  Case #2019-01: Vosloh property located at 1801 South Main Street, Mount Airy Maryland “Postponed by developer until further notice”  Next Planning Commission meeting date is April 29, 2019 8.
