WORK SESSION & DISCUSSION  Ordinance 2019-13 – Downtown Zone (DTZ) possible changes to the Town Code section - (§112-37.1) 7. FUTURE ITEMS  Amended Plat - AP-19-0029 – J&J Trash, Additional added to parcel to support the owners needs for the storage of trucks, dumpster, and the new corporate headquarters.  Special Exception – J&J Trash M-BOA-2019-01 – 10,000 gallons on site fuel storage tank Twin Arch Business Park, Lot 18A – Request to be forward to Board of Appeals after discussion and recommendation.  Concept Sit Plan for J&J Trash - S-19-0010 –Twin Arch Business Park, Lot 18A –Site development Plan for storage of dumpster and trucks for dispatch and servicing, company headquarters.  Next Planning Commission Meeting Date – November 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. 8.
