TOPICS that were discussed: a) Former train station property for possible police station/museum. b) 1 Park Ave. Property c) Looking into possible acquisition of Shops of Yesteryear property. d) Town and CSX appraisal for corridor for Rails to Trails. e) Discussion of Harrison Leishear property off of Rt. 27 in Mount Airy. f) Lease Option for temporary police space –Back Acre Circle– (Mike Dixon’s building). Ordinance 2016-14 - budget amendment to purchase police cars -adoption. 4. Ordinance 2016-15 – budget amendment to purchase police radios- adoption. 5. Ordinance 2016-16 – budget amendment to complete East/West Basketball Ct. – adoption 6. Resolution 2016-9 – Set Homestead Tax for the Town – adoption. 7.
