Road Salt Impact on Water Quality 2. Proposed Graywater Legislation (SB 496) Local Expenditures: The bill states that any use of greywater is subject to local laws and regulations. Therefore, greywater use will not increase in any jurisdiction that currently prohibits its use through its plumbing code, sewer ordinance, or other law or regulation. Baltimore City and the City of Bowie both indicate the bill does not have a fiscal impact. Calvert County indicates a potential need for greater enforcement resources. • Other Business
