Emergence Response Team – Water for disaster relief when wells fail beyond the Town limits - update Larry Hushour 2. Draft resolution that the Town Council resolve to maintain a water and sewer reserve balance of $3.3 million to fund operations of the W&S departments during droughts or other emergencies – update Larry Hushour 3.
