11. Administration and Finance Committee
a. Consider a motion to approve Ordinance No. 4-18; Reapportionment of Wards.
b. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 18-18; amending 457 Plan
Documents approving TPA Plan Rules Change Form to allow for Military Buy-
back Withdrawals, Hardship Withdrawals, Unforeseen Emergencies Withdrawals
and Loan Provisions.
c. Consider a motion to approve PennDOT Marietta Avenue Pedestrian Safety
Improvement Letter of Understanding dated May 7, 2018.
d. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 19-18 amending the Civil Service
Commission (CSC) Rules and Regulations as adopted by the CSC on February
26, 2018.
12. Public Safety Committee
a. Consider a motion to authorize the Fire Department Mount Joy and Fire Police to
assist other departments and community organizations for non-emergency
activities, as requested in writing by other departments and community
organizations and approved by the FDMJ Fire Chief, for the Calendar Year 2018.
The FDMJ Fire Chief shall provide written notification of such requests to the
Borough prior to any non-emergency activity.
13. Public Works Committee
a. Motion to authorize to the FDMJ 50% of the cost up to a maximum of $3,500 to
take corrective steps to storm water issues as approved by the Borough.
14. Public Input Period Comments of Any Borough Resident or Property Owner. Time limit

15. Any other matter proper to come before Council.
16. Authorization to pay bills.
