6. Consider a motion to approve the November 5, 2018, Borough Council Meeting Agenda.
7. Consider a motion to open a Public Hearing for the vacating and abandoning a portion of
Farmview Lane Extension from the Cul-De-Sac turnaround to Donegal Springs Road in

the Borough.
a. Consider a Motion to close the Public Hearing.
b. Consider a motion to enact Ordinance No. 6-18, vacating and abandoning the
right-of-way of a portion of Farmview Lane Extension from the Cul-De-Sac
turnaround at Martin Avenue northward to Donegal Springs Road in the Borough.
8. Public Input Period - Comments of Any Borough Resident or Property Owner. Time limit
of three minutes per individual.

11. Administration and Finance Committee
a. Consider a motion to authorize Borough Manager to execute agreement for the
restoration of water damaged documents.
b. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 28-18; A Resolution of Mount Joy
Borough Council to approve and authorize execution of a Federal-Aid Bridge
Project Reimbursement Agreement for Jacob Street Bridge Removal Project.
c. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 29-18 for PennDOT Multimodal
Grant application.
d. Consider a motion to authorize the Planning Commission and staff to continue
discussions and draft amendments to the relevant Ordinance(s) to allow for tiny
homes.
e. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 30-18 authorizing the acquisition of
a certain tract of land by condemnation or deed in lieu of condemnation.
f. Consider a motion to approve the acceptance of the Assignment and Assumption
of Right of First Refusal between the Mount Joy Borough Authority and the
property owners of 15 East Main Street in Mount Joy.
12. Public Safety Committee
a. Discussion of the PA Route 772 Routing Study.
13. Public Works Committee
a. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 31-18 authorizing the sale of
certain property using the Municibid Online Auction Service.
b. Consider a motion to approve the Arbor Rose Community Block Party to be held
on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. With a proposed location
and required closure of School Lane from the corner of Florin Avenue/School
Lane to Rose Petal Avenue/School Lane.
14. Public Input Period - Comments of Any Borough Resident or Property Owner. Time limit
of three minutes per individual.
15. Any other matter proper to come before Council.
16. Authorization to pay bills.
17. Meetings and dates of importance see the yellow calendar.

The next regular Borough Council meeting is scheduled for 7:00 PM, on Monday, December 3. 2018.
Budget meetings are scheduled for November Sand 15, 2018 at 6:30 pm.
