Consider a motion to approve the request from Filmmaker Sarah Hawkins to close for the day; Frank Street (between N. Market Street & Concord Street) and North Market Street (between Old market Street and Caroline Alley) on August 7, 2019 for filming activities. 14. Public Works Committee a. Motion to approve the Preliminary/Final Plans for the Borough Stormwater Detention Basin Modifications as per Section 226-54B from the Borough’s Stormwater Management Ordinance. b. Consider a motion to reject all bids dated 6/5/2019 through PennBid for the Florin Station Roof Replacement Project and authorize rebidding on PennBid. c. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 20-19 – PennDOT Municipal Winter Maintenance Services Agreement. d. Consider a motion to remove from the table the motion from the Special Council Meeting held on May 20, 2019 to adopt the following streets and alleys shall be exempt from the regulations detailed in §232.58, “Responsibility of Property Owners”. 15.
