A Consider a motion to approve the Laurel Harvest Labs, LLC, request for a 90-day
extension in accordance with Section 240-29 of the Borough Subdivision and
Land Development Ordinance.
B Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 14-19 – PLGIT Procurement Card.
C Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 17-19 – Flood Mitigation Program.
D Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 18-19 – DCED Multimodal Grant.
E Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 19-19 – DCED Keystone
Communities Program (KCP) Grant for Main Street Mount Joy – facade grant.
F Consider a motion to approve the Waste Industries Change Order Request with
respect to Single Stream tipping fees of $25 per ton effective July 1, 2019 to
December 31, 2019.
13. Public Safety Committee
a. Consider a motion to approve Ordinance No. 3-19 amending Sections 255-33,
Vehicles and Traffic, to Establish a Stop Intersection Southbound on Martin
Avenue at Farmwiew Lane.
b. Consider a motion to approve the request from Filmmaker Sarah Hawkins to
close for the day; Frank Street (between N. Market Street & Concord Street) and
North Market Street (between Old market Street and Caroline Alley) on August 7,
2019 for filming activities.
14. Public Works Committee
a. Motion to approve the Preliminary/Final Plans for the Borough Stormwater
Detention Basin Modifications as per Section 226-54B from the Borough’s
Stormwater Management Ordinance.
b. Consider a motion to reject all bids dated 6/5/2019 through PennBid for the Florin
Station Roof Replacement Project and authorize rebidding on PennBid.
c. Consider a motion to approve Resolution No. 20-19 – PennDOT Municipal
Winter Maintenance Services Agreement.
d. Consider a motion to remove from the table the motion from the Special Council
Meeting held on May 20, 2019 to adopt the following streets and alleys shall be
exempt from the regulations detailed in §232.58, “Responsibility of Property
Owners”.
15. Public Input Period - Comments of Any Borough Resident or Property Owner. Time limit
of three minutes per individual.
16. Any other matter proper to come before Council.
