MOUNT PLEASANT TOWN COUNCIL Special Council Meeting Friday, November 10, 2017 12:00 p.m. – Committee Meeting Room rd 3 Floor - Mount Pleasant Municipal Complex 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Minutes I. Call to Order Mayor Pro Tempore Santos called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. Mayor-Elect Haynie, Mr. Owens, Mr. Brimmer, Mr. Carrier and Mr. Bustos were all present. Mayor Page, Mr. Gawrych and Mr. Smith were absent. II. Adoption: A Resolution declaring election results of November 7, 2017. (R.15112) Mr. Pagliarini stated the Resolution number on the agenda was incorrect. The correct number is 17111. He wanted to state that for the record. Mr. DeMoura said the election results were attached as an Exhibit to the Resolution and the action needed would be a motion to adopt. Mr. Bustos moved to adopt Resolution 17111, seconded by Mr. Owens. All present voted in favor. Mr. DeMoura read the RESOLUTION BY TITLE ONLY. Adjourn Mr. Santos said he would like to welcome our new Mayor Will Haynie, and also welcomed Council Member-Elect Guang Ming Whitley who was present for the meeting.
