Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.514 acre tract of land located at 1781 Snowden road and depicted as Lot 2 on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD office in Plat Book CM, Page 150. (Ord. No. 20031) B. Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.41 acre tract of land located at 2625 Linnen Lane, identified by TMS No. 578-00-00-532 and depicted on a plat as Lot 5B recorded by Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book L11, Page 0028-0029. (Ord. No. 20032) C. Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.798 acre tract of land located at 1581 Porchers Bluff Road and depicted as Lot X on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book CC, Page 138. (Ord. No. 20033) VIII. PLANNING A. NEW BUSINESS 1. First Reading: An ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.64 acre tract of land located at 453 Gurley Street and depicted as Lot 4 on a Plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book BB, Page 67. (Ord. No. 20039) Page 2 of 5 2. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from PD, Planned Development District, to R-4, Medium Density Residential District, an approximately 0.34 acre tract of land located at 1454 North Point Lane and depicted in Plat Book AT, Page 066, Charleston County ROD. (Ord. No. 20040) 3. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Sections 156.106, Setbacks and Yard Requirements, and 156.201, Bufferyards of Chapter 156 Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, pertaining to lot line adjustments of existing lots with a designated critical line. (Ord. No. 20041) 4. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 156.431 and 156.432 of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, pertaining to the designation of Historic Properties and qualifications for the creation of new Historic Districts and Properties (Ord. No. 20042) 5. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide Business District, to R-4, Medium Density Residential District, an approximately 0.04 acre tract of land located at 958 Key Colony Court in Sullivan’s Pointe, identified by TMS No. 532- 15-00-203 and depicted in Plat Book L15, Page 0587, Charleston County ROD. Included is a request to reinstate the Overlay District in effect at the time of permit issuance. (Ord. No. 20043) 6. A request to waive the one year waiting period on the Queens Court rezoning B. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 154: Development Impact Fees, of the Town of Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances. (Ord. No. 20044) 2. First and Final Reading: An Emergency Ordinance to temporarily suspend the provisions of Chapter 53 of the Town of Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances entitled Environmentally Acceptable Packaging and Products. (Ord. No. 20045) 3. First and Final Reading: An Emergency Ordinance to temporarily suspend certain provisions of Chapter 156.150 Et Seq. of the Town of Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances related to Temporary Signs. (Ord. No. 20046) B. Old Business There are no Council Old Business items C. Executive Session 1. Legal and Contractual Legal advice pertaining to the case entitled Shem Creek Development Group, LLC v.
