3. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Sections 156.106,
Setbacks and Yard Requirements, and 156.201, Bufferyards
of Chapter 156 Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of
Ordinances, pertaining to lot line adjustments of existing lots

4. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 156.431 and
156.432 of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant
Code of Ordinances, pertaining to the designation of Historic
Properties and qualifications for the creation of new Historic

5. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide
Business District, to R-4, Medium Density Residential District,
an approximately 0.04 acre tract of land located at 958 Key
Colony Court in Sullivan’s Pointe, identified by TMS No. 532-
15-00-203 and depicted in Plat Book L15, Page 0587,
Charleston County ROD. Included is a request to reinstate the

3. First and Final Reading: An Emergency Ordinance to
temporarily suspend certain provisions of Chapter 156.150 Et Seq.
of the Town of Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances related to
Temporary Signs. (Ord. No. 20046)
