A. Public Hearing: A Public Hearing to receive input regarding the
Patriots Point Gateway Intersection improvements
B. Public Hearing: A Public Hearing to receive input on a proposed
Sixth Amendment to the Development Agreement by and between
CDM of Charleston, LLC and the Town of Mount Pleasant, South
Carolina. The proposed amendment is to Exhibit C, Carolina Park
Land Use Table, to allow Communication Towers as a Conditional
Use in the Carolina Park-Active Park (CPAP) District. The use is
currently only allowed in the Carolina Park-Industrial (CPI) District.
Carolina Park is comprised of approximately 1,608.50 acres of
land and whose location is generally described as being on the
north side of US Highway 17 between Park West and Pepper
Plantation developments.

A. Final Reading: An Ordinance to remove an approximately 0.23
acre tract of land located at 904 Old Georgetown Road from the

B. Final Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide
Business District, to PI-1, Public Institutional-1 District, an
approximately 14.26 acre tract of land located at 645 Coleman
Boulevard and depicted in Plat Book L19, Page 0270, Charleston
County ROD. (Ord. No. 20056)

1. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for a Sixth
Amendment to Ordinance 11064, the Development
Agreement by and between the Town of Mount Pleasant and
CDM of Charleston, LLC (Carolina Park Development
Agreement). (Ord. No. 20067)
2. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Carolina Park
PD, Planned Development District Ordinance, (Ord. R-13-90,
as amended) pertaining to Exhibit C, Carolina Park Land Use
Table. Proposed amendment would allow Communication

5. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of
an approximately 3.95 acre tract of land located at 241

6. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide
Business District, to AB-2, Areawide Business-2 District, an

7. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Gregorie Ferry
Landing PD-MU-SR, Planned Development-Mixed Use
Suburban-Rural District, (Ord. No. 06082, as amended), by
clarifying that the additional multi-family units to be utilized for
Workforce Housing may be comprised of one (1) building or
multiple buildings, not to exceed 42 units. Amendment
pertains to a parcel located on Winnowing Way near its
intersection with Gregory Ferry Road, recorded by the
Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book L12, Page 0102.

8. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend provisions of Chapter
152 of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances entitled Flood
Damage Prevention as required or recommended by the

Ordinances pertaining to Temporary Uses. (Ord. No. 20057)
