Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 1.0 acre tract of land located at 1619 Highway 41 and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book AB, Page 43. (Ord. No. 21001) B. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 156.325 of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances pertaining to the Principal Use Table. (Ord. No. 21003) C. Final Reading: An Ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of not exceeding Ten Million Fifty Thousand Dollars ($10,050,000) aggregate principal amount of General Obligation Bonds of the Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, to prescribe the purposes for which the proceeds shall be expended, to provide for the payment thereof, and to provide for other matters relating thereto. Final Reading: An Ordinance authorizing and approving a Grant of Perpetual Easement to the Mount Pleasant Waterworks, relative to the Thomasena Stokes-Marshall Senior Services Center. (Ord. No. 21005) E. Final Reading: An Ordinance authorizing a Conveyance by Deed of surplus right of way totaling .14 acres to the Patriots Point Development Authority. (Ord. No. 21006) VIII. PLANNING A. NEW BUSINESS 1. Adoption: A Resolution providing for additions to this list of Historic Properties and Structures located in the Old Village Historic District. (R.21011) 2. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Sections 156.140- 156.142 of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances pertaining to Nonconforming Lots, Structures and Uses. (Ord. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 1.0 acre tract of land located at 3804 Gardenhill Road and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book CC, Page 6. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.8 acre tract of land located at 1051 Theodore Road and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book CC, Page 121. First Reading: An Ordinance to zone R-4 Medium Density Residential District, an approximately 0.80 acre tract of land located at 1051 Theodore Road and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book CC, Page 121. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide Business District, to PI-2, Public Institutional-2 District, an approximately 4.7 acre tract of land located at 1277 Chuck Dawley Boulevard and identified by TMS No. 560-01-00-002. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 11.54 acre tract of land located at 1240 Six Mile Road and depicted as Lot 24 on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book W, Page 115. First Reading: An Ordinance to zone R-2 Medium Density Residential District, an approximately 11.54 acre tract of land located at 1240 Six Mile Road and depicted as Lot 24 on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book W, Page 115. OLD BUSINESS Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend the North Point PD, Planned Development District Ordinance, by creating Permitted Uses and Zoning Standards according to the current Land Use and amending the Official North Point Zoning Map to do the same. (Ord. No. 21002) IX. COMMITTEE ACTION ITEMS A. Finance Committee Approval to accept the results of the fiscal year 2020 independent audit B. Recreation Committee Discussion and possible action to rename Recreation Way to Ben Marino Way X. COUNCIL BUSINESS A. New Business 1. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Budget for the Town of Mount Pleasant, SC, for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2020, and ending in June 30, 2021. (Ord. No. 21014) 2. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 41 of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances entitled Civil Emergencies. (Ord. No. 21015) 3. First Reading: An Ordinance to provide for a moratorium on certain Multi-Family structures. (Ord. No. 21016) 4. Executive Session – legal advice related to multi-family housing moratorium. Post Executive Session Council may take action on any item, including any subsection of any section, listed on an executive session agenda or discussed in an executive session during a properly noticed meeting.
