SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, June 14, 2022 5:15 p.m. Municipal Complex, Council Chambers 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 AGENDA 1. Call to Order Mayor Haynie called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. Council Members Carl Ritchie, Guang Ming Whitley, John Iacofano, Jake Rambo, Gary Santos, Howard Chapman, Laura Hyatt and Brenda Corley were all present. 2. Public Comment There were no public comments. 3. Recognition of State Champion Athletes Mr. Iacofano recognized the following state champions: a. Wando High School Girls Soccer b. Oceanside Collegiate Academy Girls Soccer c.Oceanside Collegiate Academy Boys Golf (Not able to attend) The Oceanside Collegiate Academy Boys Golf team was not able to attend. They will be recognized at a future Council meeting. d. Oceanside Collegiate Academy Boys Tennis 4. Recognition of Mount Pleasant Youth Council Seniors Ms. Sims recognized Mount Pleasant Youth Council graduating seniors Graci Canon, Cally DeMoura, Adam El Hassan, Geneva Kowbeidu, Isabelle Turner (not present) McKenna Young and McClain Stoklosa (not present) and thanked them for their service. 5.
