First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of five parcels of land, a total of an approximately 10.63 acre tract of land located at the intersection of Rifle Range Road and Willow Pond Road. (Ord. No. 22050) Planning Committee recommended approval 4-0 September 6, 2022 Planning Committee Minutes 2. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential District, to CC, Community Conservation District, an approximately 1.0-acre tract of land located at 1619 Highway 41. (Ord. No. 22051) Planning Commission recommended approval. Planning Committee recommended approval 4-0 September 6, 2022 Planning Committee Minutes 3. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Sections 156.340 – 156.345 of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances pertaining to Short Term Rentals. Proposed is to amend the entire Ordinance to address several concerns, including but not limited to Annual Application Requirements, a Full-Time and Part-Time Permit Process, Off-Street Parking Standards, and Civil Penalties.
