Discussion and possible action regarding repealing of the Boulevard Overlay District, as discussed at the October 19th Special Planning Committee Meeting and at the October 20th Planning Commission Meeting. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed ordinance amendments that effectuate the accommodation zones/uses as outlined in the 2019 Comprehensive Plan, as discussed at the October 19th Special Planning Committee Meeting and at the October 20th Planning Commission Meeting. 7. Discussion and possible action related to amendments to the Town’s parking requirements.
