Attachment 1—Staff Report
Present: Rick Lambert, Chair, Ian Duncan, Rick Lambert, Steve Magoon,
Cameron Swails, Christopher McCarthy.
Absent: William O'Neal, Tara Spencer.
Staff: Brittany Johnson, Peter Stone, Lynnette Lynes
Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm and reviewed the
procedures with the public.
A. Approval of Agenda
Mr. Swails moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Magoon seconded he motion.
All in favor.
B. Approval of Minutes
Mr. McCarthy moved for approval of the minutes. Mr. Magoon seconded the
motion. All in favor with Mr. Swails and Mr. Duncan abstaining.
C. General Public Comment
D. General Correspondence
There being no public comment or general correspondence, Mr. Lambert
continued with the agenda.
E. Consent Motions
Mr. McCarthy moved for consent approval of item #1, Wingo Way Offices. Mr.
Magoon seconded the motion. All in favor.

1. Wingo Way Office, 300 Wingo Way, 514-13-00-420, Final Approval of
Site, Landscape, and Architecture
This item was approved through a consent motion.
2. Coralberry Cottage, 1135 Chuck Dawley, 532-08-00-099, Preliminary
Approval of Site, Landscape, and Architecture
Ms. Johnson and Mr. Stone reviewed staff comments with the Board
(attachment 1).
Ms. Liz Baker and Mr. Martin reviewed the request with the Board.
There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment.
Mr. Duncan moved for approval of the request. Mr. Swails seconded the
motion. All in favor.
3. 3563 Highway 17, 3563 Hwy 17,614-00-00-010, Preliminary Approval of
Site, Landscape, and Architecture
Ms. Johnson and Mr. Stone reviewed staff comments with the Board
(attachment 1).
Mr. Paul Peeples reviewed the request with the Board.
There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment.
Mr. Magoon moved for approval of the request. Mr. Duncan seconded the
motion. All in favor.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:43 pm.
