Absent: Steve Magoon, Christopher McCarthy. Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:02 pm. A. Approval of Agenda Ms. Spencer moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Duncan seconded the motion. All in favor. B. Approval of Minutes Mr. Duncan moved for approval of the minutes. Ms. Spencer seconded the motion. All in favor. C. General Public Comment There being no comments, Mr. Lambert continued with the agenda. D. General Correspondence No additional correspondence. E. Gregorie Ferry Workforce Housing, Winnowing Way, 580-00-00-013, Final Approval of Site, Landscape, and Architecture Mr. Stone and Ms. Johnson reviewed staff comments with the Board (attachment 1). Mr. Tony Berry and Dominic Jones reviewed the request with the Board. there being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment. Ms. Wendy Bauer-Smith, Housing for All, stated that she is in favor of the project. Mr. Duncan moved for approval with materials and colors to be approved by subcommittee.
