TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT, SOUTH CAROLINA DESIGN REVIEW BOARD JUNE 30, 2021 MINUTES Staff Report Present: Rick Lambert, Chair, Tara Spencer, Steve Magoon, Chris McCarthy, William O'Neal, Andre Bellejeau. Absent: Ian Duncan. Staff: Peter Stone, Brittany Johnson, Lynnette Lynes Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:01 pm. A. Approval of Agenda Mr. Magoon moved for approval of the agenda. Ms. Spencer seconded the motion. All in favor. B. Approval of Minutes Mr. Magoon moved for approval of the minutes. Ms. Spencer seconded the motion. All in favor. C. General Public Comment There being no comment, Mr. Lambert continued with the agenda. D. General Correspondence No additional correspondence was received. E. Consent Motions There were no consent motions. F. Business 1. 7-Eleven, 512 Johnnie Dodds, 514-00-00-070, Final Approval of Site, Landscape, and Architecture Mr. Stone and Ms. Johnson reviewed staff comments with the Board.  Design Review Board June 30, 2021 Page 2 of 2 Mr. Preston Ackerman and Mr. Losse Knight reviewed the request with the Board. There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment. Mr. McCarthy moved for approval. Mr. Magoon seconded the motion.
