STAFF REPORT
Present: Rick Lambert, Chair, Abigail Richardson, Elissa Morrison, Tara Spencer,
Timothy Kiel, Christopher McCarthy (entered at 5:07 pm)
Absent: Steve Magoon
Staff: Peter Stone, Jake Carter, Aaron Bennett, Lynnette Lynes
Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
A. Approval of Agenda
Ms. Spencer moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Kiel seconded the motion.
All in favor.
B. Approval of June Minutes
Mr. Kiel moved for approval of the minutes. Ms. Morrison seconded the
motion. All in favor.
C. General Public Comment
There being no comments, Mr. Lambert continued with the agenda.
D. General Correspondence
E. Consent Motions
There being no correspondence or consent motions, Mr. Lambert continued with
the agenda.
F. Business
1. Wando Family Dentistry, 1122 Professional Ln, 598-00-00-0971, Final
Review of Site, Landscape, and Architecture
Mr. Stone and Mr. Carter reviewed staff comments with the Board.

Mr. Adam Ferrera reviewed the request with the Board.
There being no comments, Mr. Lambert moved to Board questions.
Mr. Lambert closed public comment.
Due to the fire alarm sounding, the meeting ended at 5:15 pm. Staff noted
that a special meeting would be scheduled.
