Absent: Richard Perez, Matt Senecal. Staff: Jake Carter, Chris Lubert, Lynnette Lynes Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. A. Approval of Agenda Mr. Kiel moved for approval. Ms. Morrison seconded the motion. All in favor. B. Approval of February Minutes Ms. Morrison moved for approval of the minutes. Ms. Richardson seconded the motion. All in favor. C. Mr. Todd Richardson and Ms. Melissa Haba reviewed the request with the Board. There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment. Ms. Morrison moved for approval including all staff comments. Ms. Richardson seconded the motion. All in favor. 4. Tapio Dance, Seacoast Parkway, TMS #537-00-00-084 & -085, Final Review of Site, Landscape, and Architecture Mr. Lubert and Mr. Carter reviewed staff comments with the Board. Ms. Joellen Rogers and Mr. Chip Wyatt reviewed the request with the Board. There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment. Ms. Morrison moved for approval including all staff comments and complying with the requirement to replace the prohibited. Ms. Richardson seconded the motion. All in favor. 5. Publix, 1435 Ben Sawyer Blvd, TMS #532-11-00-165, Final Review of Architecture Mr. Carter and Mr. Lubert reviewed staff comments with the Board. Mr. Austin Jager reviewed the request with the Board. There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comments. Ms. Morrison moved for approval including approval of the signage provided it curves with the building. Mr. Cave seconded the motion. All in favor.
